What to write about
- Feature requests. "My 4-year-old keeps tapping X but it doesn't do Y" is the most useful email we receive. Pakistani parents in particular — please send Urdu pronunciation feedback if any word sounds off.
- Bug reports. Include the device model (e.g. "Samsung A23"), Android version, what happened, and what you expected. If you can record a 10-second screen capture, even better.
- COPPA / GDPR data requests. KidSpin doesn't collect personal data, so there's nothing to delete — but if you'd like written confirmation for your records, ask and we'll send one.
- Press, partnerships, school inquiries. Schools or madrasas in Pakistan, the UK, the US, or anywhere wanting to bulk-distribute the Bonus Pack — write to Asad about volume pricing.
- Refund requests. First, try Google Play's refund flow (works for 48 hours after purchase). After that, email and we'll review case-by-case.

Asad reads every email within 24 hours, replies within 48 in normal weeks. Eid, Ramadan, and travel can stretch that to 72-96 hours — we'll always reply.
