How to play

  1. Choose ABC or ا ب ت.
  2. Put a finger on the green dot. The number shows which stroke it is.
  3. Slide along the arrows. The letter fills in yellow as you go the right way.
  4. For Urdu letters with dots (nuqte), tap each dot after the main stroke.
  5. When the letter turns green, it's done. Tap Next letter.

Is this tracing game free?

Yes. It runs in any modern browser with no sign-up and no ads. The full KidSpin app for Android is also free.

How many letters can my child trace here?

Six English capital letters (A, C, L, T, H, E) and three Urdu letters (alif, bay, tay). The KidSpin app has every English letter, numbers 0-9 and all 39 Urdu letters.

Does it work with a mouse?

Yes. Click and hold on the green dot, then drag along the arrows. It works best with a finger on a phone or tablet.

Why does the line stop when my child goes the wrong way?

The game only fills the letter in the correct stroke order and direction, the way handwriting is taught at school. Start again from the green dot and follow the arrows.
